1-1 Sports performance package
Meet with me to create a nutrition strategy to help you reach your goal. During our consultation we can discuss your hydration strategy, calorie and macronutrient targets, periodisation around rest days, training and competition and supplementation that has been proven to benefit the needs of your sport.
You will be provided with an extensive plan and have a month of coaching support to help you to implement it.

Team Sports performance package
This package can be tailored to the needs of your club. Services can range from a nutrition presentation to the team to individual plans for each player.
